Today was my first hike with U3A. It really was enjoyable. I met some really nice people. You can see piccies at Lesson in Light. There are two posts with four photographs in each post. I have undertaken not to post piccies of people, but will forward piccies taken to the group leader to circulate should he so choose. Here is a taste to whet your appetite:
Despite the fact that leggies were sOoOre, I then trundled down to the gym and did another 1.8kms just for good measure!
